Damage Deposit: $250 damage deposit is required upon making reservation.

Check In
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Keys will be mailed to you and directions can be found on this website, click on the map for driving directions.

Check Out
Check out time is 10:00 am. Please mail keys back to 4328 Eighth Street, LLC at 1827 Powers Ferry Road, Bldg 7 Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.

Payment
Payment is due in full one week prior to arrival. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal checks, and Cashiers checks.

Cancellations
No refund of security deposit. No refunds on rental rates if cancellation is 60 days or less from move in.

Pet Policy
Pets considered. Please request permission and include type, weight of animal (35 pound maximum per animal) and numbers of animals. $100 per pet fee. If fleas are ever detected by cleaning crew, the security deposit will not be refunded.

No-Smoking Policy
Tobacco smoking is limited to outdoors. No indoor smoking.

If cleaning crew discovers tobacco smoke odor inside after your departure, you will be charged $250 to ventilate and deodorize the home.
